Entrants for Roy O'Brien Ford's 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Pre-Paid Lease Giveaway must be current legal residents of the State of Michigan and 18 years of age or older. Winners must have a valid driver's license and be available to receive notification of winning on or around August 31, 2023.  There is no cost or purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway. 

Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Roy O'Brien Ford ("Sponsor"), and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

Sweepstakes Entry and Period:

The Roy O'Brien Ford 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Pre-Paid Lease Giveaway entry begins on August 7, 2023. Entrants must visit the dealership or our display at 22801 Harper Ave, St. Clair Shores, during the Harper Charity Cruise on August 30, 2023 and complete all fields on the entry form in order for the entry to be valid. Only one entry can be submitted by any individual. One winner will be selected at random for the 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Pre-Paid Lease Grand Prize or alternate cash prize option on or about August 31, 2023. Incomplete entries and duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Prize:

The winner will receive a prepaid 2 year lease of a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport. The specific model and equipment will be determined by Sponsor.  The Winner is responsible for the $645 lease acquisition fee to Ford Motor Credit (FMC) as well as all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income, sales and withholding taxes) title, and registration fees. Winner must provide Sponsor with his or her social security number and other information required to title and register the vehicle and to report the winner to federal and state taxing authorities.  The winner must be approved as the lessee through Ford Motor Credit Company (FMC) and enter into the standard form of 10,500 mile per year FMC Lease as the lessee of the vehicle and will be bound by the terms of the lease If the winner is not approved by Ford Motor Credit, or chooses not to enter into the lease, they may request payment of $8,000 as an alternative to the lease

Winner must visit Roy O'Brien Ford and provide proof of age, identity, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance covering the vehicle as required by FMC, pay the lease acquisition fee, title and registration fees and execute the Ford Motor Credit Red Carpet Lease in order to claim the vehicle.  If the winner cannot be located or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize on or before September 30, 2023, the prize will be forfeited.

Winner must also sign an affidavit of eligibility/compliance with rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification.  Winner must also agree to complete and submit any additional releases, and other paperwork required at the discretion of the Sponsors all within the time period specified by Sponsors.

The Roy O'Brien Ford 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Lease Giveaway ("Contest") and these Rules shall be construed and interpreted according to Michigan law. Any disputes arising from or related to this Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration before an impartial arbitrator of Sponsor's sole choice.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or submits multiple entries and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or conduct the contest as originally planned.

These Official Rules and the Entry form constitute the complete Contest Rules.  Any ambiguity or conflict will be resolved within the sole discretion of Sponsor.
