For decades, the Harper Charity Cruise has brought together classic cars, muscle cars, hot rods, trucks, automotive enthusiasts, families and neighbors for an unforgettable evening along Harper Avenue. More importantly, this event is about giving back and supporting the St. Clair Shores community we are so proud to call home.
